Junior Social Media Specialist (m/w/d)

As a Junior Social Media Specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of our social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You will translate topics such as mindfulness, stress reduction, sleep, focus, and emotional health into relevant, inspiring, and high-performing content.

From the initial idea to production, publishing, and analysis: you think about social media holistically and manage to position our brand authentically, clearly, and approachably.

Important Note: This position is being recruited for our Genoa (Italy) location and is intended to be filled on-site. Please only apply if you are willing to relocate to Genoa.
Your mission
Social Media Strategy & Planning
  • Define and execute the social media strategy for 7Mind on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (Shorts).
  • Create and maintain editorial calendars aligned with our brand and marketing goals.
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
Content Creation & Management
  • Create and oversee high-performance video content with high reach and engagement potential.
  • Develop platform-specific social media formats.
  • Coordinate post-production, write compelling captions, and plan content distribution.
End-to-End Project Management
  • Manage social media projects holistically from concept to publication.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Content, Product, Marketing, Influencer teams) on campaigns, product launches, and feature releases.
Events & Productions
  • Coordinate and accompany social media coverage for events, fitness productions, and special projects.
  • Support content creation directly on-site when it counts.
Community Management
  • Actively manage and interact with the 7Mind community across all channels.
  • Moderate comments and messages promptly and with an empathetic touch.
  • Help build a positive, inclusive, and motivated community.
Trends & Innovation
  • Continuously monitor social media trends and platform updates.
  • Proactively identify new content opportunities and formats.
  • Adapt relevant trends quickly and authentically for the 7Mind brand.
Performance & Optimization
  • Track and analyze content performance (reach, engagement, follower growth).
Your profile
  • Professional Experience: You have initial experience as a Social Media Specialist/Manager or in a comparable role.
  • Languages: You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
  • Plattform Expertise: You have profound knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (Shorts).
  • Content Instinct: You have a strong understanding of video-first content and social storytelling.
  • Organizational Talent: Excellent organizational and project management skills set you apart.
  • Mindset: You work proactively, creatively, and bring a strong hands-on mentality.
  • Passion: You have a strong interest in fitness, wellbeing, and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Relocation: You are ready and motivated to live and work in Genoa.
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Paid Social or promoting organic content (Boosted Content).
  • Experience in social media coverage of live events.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and common project management tools.

Als Junior Social Media Specialist (m/f/d) verantwortest du die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media-Präsenz auf Instagram, TikTok und YouTube. Von der ersten Idee über Produktion und Veröffentlichung bis hin zur Analyse. Du denkst Social Media ganzheitlich und schaffst es, unsere Marke authentisch, klar und nahbar zu positionieren.

Deine Aufgaben
Social Media Strategie & Planung
  • Definiere und exekutiere die Social-Media-Strategie für 7Mind auf Instagram, TikTok und YouTube (Shorts).
  • Erstelle und pflege Redaktionspläne, die auf unsere Marken- und Marketingziele abgestimmt sind.
  • Stelle eine konsistente Markenstimme (Tone of Voice) und visuelle Identität über alle Kanäle hinweg sicher.

Content Creation & Management
  • Erstelle und überwache performanten Video-Content mit hohem Reichweiten- und Engagement-Potenzial.
  • Entwickle plattformspezifische Social-Media-Formate.
  • Koordiniere die Postproduktion, verfasse packende Captions und plane die Distribution des Contents.

End-to-End Projektmanagement
  • Steuere Social-Media-Projekte ganzheitlich vom Konzept bis zur Veröffentlichung.
  • Arbeite eng mit internen Stakeholdern (Content, Produkt, Marketing, Influencer-Teams) bei Kampagnen, Produkt-Launches und Feature-Releases zusammen.

Events & Produktionen
  • Koordiniere und begleite die Social-Media-Berichterstattung für Events, Fitness-Produktionen und Spezialprojekte.
  • Unterstütze die Content-Erstellung direkt vor Ort, wenn es darauf ankommt.

Community Management
  • Betreue und interagiere aktiv mit der 7Mind-Community auf allen Kanälen.
  • Moderiere Kommentare und Nachrichten zeitnah und mit einer empathischen Art.
  • Trage dazu bei, eine positive, inklusive und motivierte Community aufzubauen.

Trends & Innovation
  • Beobachte Social-Media-Trends und Plattform-Updates kontinuierlich.
  • Identifiziere proaktiv neue Content-Chancen und Formate.
  • Adapte relevante Trends schnell und authentisch für die Marke 7Mind.

Performance & Optimierung
  • Tracke und analysiere die Content-Performance (Reichweite, Engagement, Follower-Wachstum).
Dein Profil
  • Berufserfahrung: Du verfügst über erste Erfahrung als Social Media Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Plattform-Expertise: Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse über Instagram, TikTok und YouTube (Shorts).
  • Content-Gespür: Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Video-First-Content und Social Storytelling.
  • Organisationstalent: Exzellente Organisations- und Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten zeichnen dich aus.
  • Mindset: Du arbeitest proaktiv, kreativ und bringst eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität mit.
  • Leidenschaft: Du hast ein starkes Interesse an Fitness, Wellbeing und einem gesunden Lebensstil.
Nice to have:
