As Marketing Specialist Germany, you’ll be responsible for developing and overseeing content and marketing initiatives for the German market.
You’ll manage blog content creation with a strong SEO focus, ensuring quality, consistency, and performance. At the same time, you’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing team to support campaign ideation and execution, contributing to briefs, messaging, and high-performing copy.

Skills & Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content marketing and/or digital marketing.
- Strong writing and editing skills in German.
- Good English level (B2+).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in a fast-growing tech or digital company is a plus.
Here’s what you will take care of
- Create and oversee blog content for the German market, with strong attention to SEO structure, keyword strategy, and search visibility.
- Coordinate and follow the creation of blog assets (texts, visuals, supporting materials).
- Ensure content aligns with brand tone of voice and market positioning.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content based on SEO best practices.
- Monitor content performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Support the Marketing team in campaign development for Germany.
- Contribute to the creation of creative briefs and write compelling copy for marketing campaigns (ads, landing pages, newsletters, and other touchpoints).
- Stay up to date with trends, industry developments, and local market insights.
