Junior Performance Marketing (Intern)

We’re looking for a Junior Performance Marketing (Intern) to join the Buddyfit Growth & Performance Marketing Team. If you’re curious about data, enjoy experimenting with campaigns, and are passionate about fitness, wellness, and digital products, you’ll feel right at home here.

• Student or graduate in Marketing, Economics, Communications, Data/Business Analytics, or a related field
  
  

• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
  
  

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, paid campaigns, social media ads, or marketing automation (experience with any ad platform is a plus)
  
  

• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+) and at least one of the following as native/near-native: Italian or Spanish
  
  

• Attention to detail and strong time-management abilities: able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines without losing accuracy
  
  

• Curiosity for user behaviour, growth, and digital products
  
  

• Passion for fitness, wellness, and tech is a big plus
  
  

• Previous experience (even small projects or university work) with performance marketing, campaign reporting, or data analysis is a plus

• Support campaign planning and execution: Assist in creating, launching, and monitoring paid campaigns across social and digital channels.
  
  

• Audience segmentation and targeting: Help define audiences, analyze performance data, and support strategies to reach the right users at the right time.
  
  

• Analyze campaign performance: Track KPIs (clicks, conversions, ROAS, engagement, etc.) and help turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  
  

• Support A/B testing and optimization: Contribute to testing creatives, messaging, and audiences to continuously improve campaign results.
  
  

• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with CRM, Brand, Content, and Product teams to ensure campaigns align with launches and overall growth strategy.
  
  

• Assist in reporting and organization: Keep campaign dashboards and documentation up to date, supporting smooth day-to-day performance marketing operations.
  
  

• Stay curious: Keep an eye on performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to help Buddyfit grow internationally.
