We’re looking for a Junior Performance Marketing (Intern) to join the Buddyfit Growth & Performance Marketing Team. If you’re curious about data, enjoy experimenting with campaigns, and are passionate about fitness, wellness, and digital products, you’ll feel right at home here.
Student or graduate in Marketing, Economics, Communications, Data/Business Analytics, or a related field
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
Basic understanding of digital marketing, paid campaigns, social media ads, or marketing automation (experience with any ad platform is a plus)
Excellent written and spoken English (B2+) and at least one of the following as native/near-native: Italian or Spanish
Attention to detail and strong time-management abilities: able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines without losing accuracy
Curiosity for user behaviour, growth, and digital products
Passion for fitness, wellness, and tech is a big plus
Previous experience (even small projects or university work) with performance marketing, campaign reporting, or data analysis is a plus
Support campaign planning and execution: Assist in creating, launching, and monitoring paid campaigns across social and digital channels.
Audience segmentation and targeting: Help define audiences, analyze performance data, and support strategies to reach the right users at the right time.
Analyze campaign performance: Track KPIs (clicks, conversions, ROAS, engagement, etc.) and help turn insights into actionable recommendations.
Support A/B testing and optimization: Contribute to testing creatives, messaging, and audiences to continuously improve campaign results.
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with CRM, Brand, Content, and Product teams to ensure campaigns align with launches and overall growth strategy.
Assist in reporting and organization: Keep campaign dashboards and documentation up to date, supporting smooth day-to-day performance marketing operations.
Stay curious: Keep an eye on performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to help Buddyfit grow internationally.
