We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to drive the development of our influencer marketing channel in Italy. You'll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and activating influencers who align with our brand values and can deliver measurable impact across our campaigns.
You will:
Identify and onboard relevanttalents and influencers to support brand and performance marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with campaign KPIs.
Build and nurture relationships with both up-and-coming and established influencers, in line with our brand identity and voice.
Create campaign briefs and manage the publicationcalendar to ensure timely and impactful content delivery.
Collaborate with and oversee an externalinfluencer agency responsible for negotiation and contractual agreements.
Report campaign performance and key influencer metrics directly to the Brand Lead.
Supportperformance marketing initiatives by co-creating branded content designed for conversion and engagement.
Be a strategicgrowth driver for the company, as influencer marketing is central to our expansion strategy.
Your profile
We're looking for someone who is not only passionate about influencer marketing but also eager to work in a fast-growing, high-energy environment. If you have a love for sports, a startup mindset, and a collaborative spirit, we’d love to meet you.
You are:
A native Italian speaker, with excellent written and verbal communication in English (B2+ level).
Experienced (1+ years) in influencer marketing management, ideally with both brand and agency-side exposure.
Creatively driven, with a strong ability to turn ideas into compelling stories in collaboration with influencers.
Experienced in dynamic, high-growth environments (it’s a plus if you've worked in a tech or startup setting).
